General
This Privacy Policy sets out the rights and rules relating to the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the website https://www.integritypartners.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website) by Users.
Data controller
The controllers of Users’ personal data processed in connection with the provision of services via the Website are the following entities:

- Concept Data Sp. z o.o. , Chlodna Street no. 51, 00-867 Warsaw,
- ITRun Technologies Sp. z o.o., Chlodna Street no. 51, 00-867 Warsaw, jointly acting as Joint Controllers.
Under the joint administration agreement, the entities have appointed Integrity Partners sp. z o. o. as the lead Joint Controller, which is responsible for fulfilling the legal information obligation towards you.
Data Protection Officer
The Joint Controllers have appointed Mr Mariusz Zajkiewicz as Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by email at the email address or by post at the postal address provided below with the note “GDPR”:

Purposes and grounds for processing personal data
We always process your personal data in accordance with the law. Below you will find a detailed list of the purposes for which we process personal data.
Personal data will be processed for the purpose and on the basis of the provisions of:
- provision of information services about the scope of services provided, webinars, technology breakfasts pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent);
- provision of marketing services in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent);
- conducting the recruitment process pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 22(1) of the Polish Labour Code;
- implementation of own loyalty programmes and those of service providers pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (in order to fulfil the legitimate interest of the Controller: performance of a contract);
- responding to enquiries sent, including via the contact form pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (in order to fulfil the legitimate interest of the Controller: preparation of an offer, performance of a contract);
- handling technical support requests provided by the Controller or the Manufacturers of the offered solutions pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (for the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interest of the Controller: performance of the contract).
Scope of data processed
In order to provide services related to marketing, communication and loyalty programmes, as well as technical support, we process the following personal data:
- first name and surname;
- business email address;
- telephone number;
- company name;
- job title;
- IP numbers;
- country.
Data required in the recruitment process in accordance with Article 22(1) § 1 of the Labour Code:
- first name(s) and surname;
- date of birth;
- contact details provided by such person;
- education;
- professional qualifications;
- employment history;
- other information required for a specific position, when necessary to exercise a right or fulfil an obligation under the law.
Period of processing/storage of personal data:
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, but without affecting the processing of personal data prior to the submission of the request.
Your personal data related to recruitment will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process, but no longer than 12 months from the date of entering your data into the system. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
We store the personal data of contractors solely in connection with the performance of the contract for a period of 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the cooperation with the contractor ended.
Requirement to provide personal data
Providing any personal data is voluntary and depends on your decision. However, in some cases, providing certain personal data is necessary to meet your expectations regarding the use of the services offered.
Recipients of your personal data
The recipients of your personal data may be entities cooperating with the Controllers (Joint Controllers), including in the field of IT support, legal support, and public entities, including the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Tax Office (US), and authorised state administration bodies.
Automated decision-making and profiling
Please be advised that your personal data implemented in our system is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
Rights of data subjects
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- to access its content;
- to rectify it;
- to have them deleted;
- to restrict processing;
- to object, if the processing of personal data is based on consent;
- to transfer them.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Cookies
The website uses cookies, which are short pieces of text stored on your computer, phone, tablet or other devices. They can be read by our system for the purposes listed below.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- Website configuration – they enable the configuration of functions and services on the website;
- Authentication – they enable informing when the user is logged in, so that the website can display relevant information and functions;
- Advertising – they enable the display of advertisements that are more interesting to users, as well as the personalisation of advertisements;
- Analysis and research of user behaviour – they enable the reading of user preferences and, through their analysis, the improvement and development of products and services;
- The collection of information is anonymous, without identifying the personal data of individual users, unless the user logs into the nazwa.pl Customer Panel or the serwery.pl Customer Panel, and the settings of the user’s end device allow such identification.
We do not use cookies to track how you use the Internet after leaving our website, nor do we store any private information in them that could be read and understood by other entities.
Types of cookies:
- “Session cookie” – a file temporarily installed on the User’s computer, deleted immediately after closing the browser window.
- “Persistent cookie” – a file stored on the User’s computer until it expires or is deleted by the User.
The collection of information is anonymous and does not identify individual users.
We may use external cookies from entities with whom we cooperate, such as Google, Facebook, and other entities that carry out advertising campaigns for us.

In accordance with Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law, the Joint Controllers process data on the basis of consent. It is the responsibility of the data subject to change their browser settings after receiving information about the cookies used on the website.

However, please note that deleting or blocking cookies may result in some sections of our websites not functioning properly. In particular, blocking cookies prevents you from logging into our services.

Final provisions
- In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of personal data protection laws shall apply.
- The Privacy Policy may be supplemented or updated in accordance with the current needs of the Joint Controllers in order to provide users with up-to-date and reliable information about their personal data and information about them. Users will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy on the Website.
- This Privacy Policy is effective from: 1 December 2025.
