The satisfaction of our Clients is the driving force behind our actions. We are distinguished by our individual approach to the Client’s needs, which is particularly important in the field of security. At this stage, we discuss the Client’s expectations regarding the scope of the project, adaptation to the infrastructure, resources and financial capabilities. We take into account the size of your organisation, the number of users, and the operating environment to get your chosen solution up and running quickly and secure your resources. With a clear understanding of the Client’s expectations, we are able to propose the optimum solution.

The next stage is to conduct a PoC (Proof of Concept), which allows you to check the operation of the proposed solution in practice in a short time-frame and shows the added value it brings to your organisation. At this stage, the Client can modify assumptions and better prepare for the implementation phase.

Implementing the solution is the key part of working with the Client. We have developed our own standards and best practices that make this phase run smoothly. We dedicate qualified and certified engineers specialising in a particular technology to carry out the implementation, and the whole process is supervised by a Project Manager. Project implementation is confirmed by an acceptance protocol and satisfaction survey.

We also provide consulting services in the area of IT security. We analyse the security features of the Client’s infrastructure and individual organisational areas, and based on the analysis we recommend optimisation and tuning of the existing solutions, as well as the implementation of the best security solutions and systems.
