A graduate of business management from the College of Management and Banking in Poznań, the Executive MBA programme of the University of Minnesota and the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been professionally involved in the technology industry since 1995, gaining experience by working for IT service and solution providers. He started his professional career at JTT Computer S.A., where, among other things, he managed a nationwide sales and service implementation network. In the years 2000–2004, he was responsible for direct sales of IT services to business customers as the Director of the Sales Department in the listed company, Computer Service Support S.A. (currently Comp S.A.). With Altkom Group since 2005, he is responsible for the development of the Altkom Systemy Business Division (system integration, professional IT services).
In 2010, he took over management of and shares in Integrity Solutions Sp. z o.o., established within the Altkom Group. Together with Artur Kozlowski, in 2015, he led the merger of Integrity Solutions with eOpen and the creation of one of Poland’s leading cloud and cybersecurity expert companies under the Integrity Partners brand.
His hobbies include hiking, street art, music (over 170 genres according to Spotify) and playing sports (football, squash and snowboarding).
